She's Not Gone (New Poem)

 

She's still here (for now).

Bukowski's poems become

even more meaningful.

Every damn Country song makes sense.

Sadness comes and goes.

Like tiny waves crashing upon the shore.

But not to worry.

She's not gone.

She's still here.

Just in a different way.

(I now have to see her in

the same way that she has

been seeing me).
