Thank you Jenny Newman for making  me appreciate Country music even more. I can relate to the songs of Hank Williams Sr., Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, George Jones, and even Elvis on a much more deeper level than before.

Not afraid to admit it.   Not too fond of the Confederate flag   unless it's on top of the General Lee  (1980's childhood nostalgia I suppose). Johnny Cash is still the man in black. Hank Williams will forever be the cowboy dressed in white. Waylon & Willie will always be outlaws  smoking and drinking the night away. Southern style cooking and small town living. Not afraid to admit it but there's a little bit of Country in my blood.  

Country music, I normally don't listen to it. The only Country music that I actually like is that  of Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, and Waylon Jennings. Hank Williams Sr. on the other hand is a different story. At  first I thought his voice was a little bit too twangy. But after awhile it starts to sink in. You start to realize the beauty in it. You feel it and know it. There's something real about it. That's when you start to listen to it again.
