My girlfriend once said that socks were like prisons for your feet.  Feet prisons.  So, if socks are like feet prisons then that makes steel toe shoes foot killers.  Yes, foot killers because after wearing steel toed shoes for eight hours or more a day they start to kill your feet.    

Back on the path. Went down a different road for awhile  chanting  the Hare Krishna mantra.   You know the one.  The one that goes like this:   Hare Krishna. Hare Krishna. Krishna.   Krishna. Hare.  Hare. Hare Rama. Hare Rama. Rama.  Rama. Hare.  Hare. I tried to be a good devotee of Lord Krishna but it  just wasn't meant to be.  No harm done, at least I tried. Yes at least I tried.   So now with a quick and sudden decision I will travel  down the road in the footsteps of the Buddha. Hello, again.     

Inside the body. After this is gone (the body). What happens next? Do we just stop and lay motionless forever. The end, kaput, breathe in, breathe out, stop. Amazing the mind is. What if all types of beliefs are wrong. What happens next? What is faith. What is fact. What is reality. What is not real. WTF? Find the courage to believe. Freewill is an amazing gift. If everything is within, what happens next? Ah, Buddhist wisdom you seem to come  through  at this particular time, a nd the  time is.... um.... um....yeah, it's 2:10 a.m. The Buddha said: "We are what we think. All that arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts we make the world". (The Dhammapada "The Sayings of the Buddha") My girlfriend (Jenny) says I should read some Carl Sagan books.   I agree, I haven't read any of his books.  She says that I would like it.
